Our shoes are built on standard European lasts and fit true to size. If you normally wear a half-size, we recommend sizing down for formal Oxfords and Loafers, or sizing up for Athletic Runners. For bespoke fit guidance, email our master lasts team at concierge@urbansole.com.

Clean leather gently with a damp cotton cloth. Apply high-grade natural beeswax or conditioner every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain hydration and depth of color. Always use cedar shoe trees to preserve curvature when not in use.

All orders are packaged in individual velvet dust bags and rigid presentation cartons. Dispatched within 24 hours via tracked air courier. If you need a size exchange within 30 days, simply contact orders@urbansole.com for a pre-paid return slip.
